This account offers the ultimate flexibility in price, monitoring depth
and support. Pricing is based on monitoring volume, and allows you to
optimize the cost-effectiveness by increasing the monitoring frequency
when needed (e.g., after you install new software or hardware, or when
you need to resolve a problem), and reduce it when the site is stable.
You can view your account balance and estimated billing rate at any time,
and adjust the monitoring level to your budget.
Monitor as many transactions or web pages as you need at any time, as
frequently as every 10 minutes. Validate that transactions can be
completed successfully, and that page content and size are as specified.
If any problem is detected, get notified right away by email
and/or voice phone alerts. Escalate and schedule alert to multiple
recipients as needed.
View your site's performance through our online console, where you can
also activate TraceRT and Ping, and manage alert delivery. Our technical
support staff will review your alerts and will help you or your web host
diagnose and resolve problems.
Price: A prepayment of $50 is required to open this account, with periodic
billing thereafter. You can view your the estimated billing rate at any
time, and adjust the monitoring level to your budget.
